Deposit and Payment: Please fill out the form to request a reservation. We will confirm your dates and request a 50% deposit. The deposit is fully refundable until two weeks before your arrival. At that point your final payment is due. All payments can be made by check. After we receive the check, we will send the keys to you. Please send the keys back on your return.
Security deposit: $1000 refundable “ damage” security deposit required with your reservation. Refund will take place after returning the keys and property damage inspection.
Check-in: When you arrive, stop in at the Oyster Bay Beach Resort front desk to get the phone turned on. They will require a credit card to guarantee payment.
WiFi: The unit has free WiFi. If you bring a computer, your Skype or MajicJack account will work, saving you from the rapacious local phone comany.
Maid Service: Cleaning service is provided three days per week.
